Great customer service
Front lawn looks great the backyard not so great. Great customer service. I appreciated your recommendations. Each year my yard gets more beautiful. And it's a great value.

My lawn is definitely looking better.
My lawn is definitely looking better. I had 2 issues. I was not informed before Trugreen showed up to aerate and over seed which they did when my lawn had a heavy coat of leaves. As a result the service was a waste of money. The second issue concerns scheduling. I was scheduled for an application between noon and 5 one day and was informed they wouldn’t make it. I assumed I would be first on their list the following day but wasn’t. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they’d be there. Not acceptable! If they can’t finish scheduled applications 1 day they should pick up where they left off the previous day.

Has eliminated the tick problem at my home
Tru Green has eliminated the tick problem at my home. Before I used this service, I was constantly picking ticks off my two dogs and myself.

Polite, knowledgeable and professional.
I was surprised at how well my lawn has turned out with your program. I have been very pleased with the people who carry out your services --polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have tried other services previously but TruGreen exceeded my expectations compared to others.
